| Suggest that you put a sticker in the car to remind the driver when the next service is due. I mentioned this to you when I brought it in but the last time I had the car serviced the rear tires were in need of replacement and I was not informed. I drove the car for a while before realizing this. |

| The service was excellent however: You charged me $75 for Haz Materials (brake pads!) You changed my spark plugs again....unexpected as you were only going to change the wiring. The great things are that the car drives great again and that you collected and dropped off my car. I would like an explaination of the $75 Haz Mat fee and the reason why you had to change the spark plugs within 30,000 miles. Thank you John Cell: 925 848 8454 |
