With regards to items 3, 5 and 6 above, I have no way of knowing so it's a matter of trust for me. John's was recommended to me by a friend who had an older Mercedes and had been going to John's for a # of years. When it became obvious that the shop had changed hands I thought "here we go again". Unfortunately, it takes time, and large repair costs that don't seem reasonable or necessary, my experience with two other shops, to know it's time to change. After a wary beginning you have "won me over" and I trust that ethical ownership has passed to new ownership. Thank you and keep up the good work! |

My wife and I appreciate that staff always takes time to explain the work ('completed' and 'recommended'), and answer all our questions, before we leave the premises. |

I have to admit I was concerned when I heard that Annette and John were retiring but after the great service I received on my recent visit, I feel much better. You still have a very loyal customer! |
