| The only negative was the lack of information provided to me when I picked up my car. I would have liked to been told the condition of my car and what was next, service wise, so I can keep my car in perfect running condition. Besides that minor issue my experience could have not been more enjoyable. Thanks Guys. |

| Brian is very good. I cane in with what became a possibly serious situation & he made sure I left knowing it would be taken care of & I didn't have to worry (except about the price - eeyow! A new transmission was an unfortunate & costly but ... life goes on. I'm thinking about an Audi next year - don't know the model, but I want a luxury sedan that's fast and handles well.
