Was not pleased that a separate test re: glow plug light was run (and billed). I knew from Brian's recommendation on my last service that the glow plugs were deteriorating, and the light wasn't always coming on...that is why I specifically instructed that all five be replaced at the time of this oil change. I don't think there was any need to run the test. |

I was very satisfied with the service and will be back to have a few things corrected,such as the air conditioner. Thank you for the ride also. This makes it more convenient for me and I don't have to bother by friends. |

When initial 'fix' wasn't sufficient, greatly appreciated not being charged for additional work which fixed the problem. |

The Service Engine Soon light has not come on again ... apparently the Air Mass Sensor fault that East Bay BMW warned me about was a transient and not a real problem ... If it comes on again, I will certainly give you a call. Doug Grandt |
