The only negative was the lack of information provided to me when I picked up my car. I would have liked to been told the condition of my car and what was next, service wise, so I can keep my car in perfect running condition. Besides that minor issue my experience could have not been more enjoyable. Thanks Guys. |

Brian is very good. I cane in with what became a possibly serious situation & he made sure I left knowing it would be taken care of & I didn't have to worry (except about the price - eeyow! A new transmission was an unfortunate & costly but ... life goes on. I'm thinking about an Audi next year - don't know the model, but I want a luxury sedan that's fast and handles well. Hello Team, Aside from the attention to detail in checking all that you did, I loved your very personal " shuttle service " you provided me! I really appreciate a person who is honest , hardworking, does great work and charges fairly. .........so refreshing in this day and age. |

With regards to items 3, 5 and 6 above, I have no way of knowing so it's a matter of trust for me. John's was recommended to me by a friend who had an older Mercedes and had been going to John's for a # of years. When it became obvious that the shop had changed hands I thought "here we go again". Unfortunately, it takes time, and large repair costs that don't seem reasonable or necessary, my experience with two other shops, to know it's time to change. After a wary beginning you have "won me over" and I trust that ethical ownership has passed to new ownership. Thank you and keep up the good work! |

My wife and I appreciate that staff always takes time to explain the work ('completed' and 'recommended'), and answer all our questions, before we leave the premises. |
